COMPOSITION

  Hareetaki (Terminalia chebula), Aragwadha (Cassia fistula), Ajamoda (Carum roxburghianum), Mishreya (Foeniculum vulgare), Trivruth (Operculina turpethum), Sonamukhi (Cassia senna).

INDICATIONS

Constipation, irregular bowel habits, and hard bowel.

  1tsp at bedtime with warm water or milk.
