DESCRIPTION

DOSAGE

As cold rub: In symptoms of common cold, rub on chest, throat and back or as directed by the physician. Steam inhalation: Add ¼ - ½ teaspoon of Crux Balm to hot (not boiling) water and inhale the steam for 5-10 minutes or As directed by a physician.
